When making your reservations:

Above All offers 24 hour service 365 days a year.  A customer service representative or dispatcher is available to assist you at all times.  We accept all major credit cards.  Credit card information is taken at the time the reservation is made.  Above All asks for guarantee of payment when reservation is made.

Waiting time:

Waiting chargers begin 15 minutes before scheduled pick-up time on departures.  After 15 minutes, waiting time is retroactive to the time of the scheduled departure.  Extra stops in route is an additional $20 charge for each stop.

Cancellations:

A cancellation fee equal to the trip cost will be charged for any cancellation made less than two hours before scheduled pick-up time.   Round trips must be cancelled as two separate reservations.

 

Rates do not include gratuity, fuel service charge, tolls or airport fees.
