Pickup Procedures
Boston Pickup Procedures
When you arrive at Boston's Logan Airport, immediately find out which
terminal you're in, and then use the corresponding pickup instructions.
Terminal A
Airlines- Delta, Delta Song, Delta Shuttle
All Passengers should meet outside of the terminal on the lower level. From the baggage claim area exit the terminal, cross over two roadways and on the left side you will see a small parking lot which is the limousine area. The chauffeur will be outside the vehicle with an Above All Transportation sign, that will have the passenger's last name or company name on it.
Terminal B
Airlines- Alaska Airlines, America West, American, American Eagle, ATA, Independence Air, Us Airways
All Passengers should meet on the departure level (one level above baggage claim) at the curb. The chauffeur will be outside the vehicle with an Above All Transportation sign, which will have the passenger's last name or company name on it.
Terminal C & D
Airlines- Air Canada, Air Tran, Cape Air, Continental, Midwest Airlines, United, United Express, Jetblue Airways
All Passengers should meet outside the Terminal. From the baggage claim take elevator to 2nd level (departure level) walk across 2 walkways. The chauffeur will be outside the vehicle with an Above All Transporation sign, that will have the passenger's last name or company name on it.
Terminal E: All International Arrivals
Aer Lingus, Aero Mexico, Air Canada Jazz(halifax arrivals only), Air France, Air Jamaica, Alitalia, British Air, Icelandair, KLM, Lufthansa, Northwest, Swiss Air, Virgin Atlantic
All Passengers should meet outside of the terminal on the lower level. From the baggage claim area exit the terminal cross over two roadways and on the left side you will see a small parking lot which is the limousine parking area. The chauffeurr will be outside the vehicle with an Above All Transporation sign, that will have the passenger's last name or company name on it.
